Two drown in the Nile river

Two people have died after the boat they were traveling in capsized on river Nile in Nebbi district.

The deceased are all residents Arana village in Alero Sub County, Nwoya district.

The deceased were identified as Harnandez Odokonyero and one only identified as Ali, 30, they were   both heading to Lagem market for auction day.

The Village Chief Arana Sub County, Benson Okumu, said one body has been retrieved from the waters.
