AS Uganda joins the rest of the world to commemorate the Malaria day , government has been urged to increase funding toward the fight against the same.

The Secretary General of the Uganda Network on Toxic Malaria Control Ellady Muyambi says Malaria though still the leading killer disease can be prevented once resources are available.

Muyambi further notes that people need to be sensitized more about the disease,and the use of mosquito nets among other preventive measures
