The chairperson of National Organization of Trade Unions Usher Wilson Owere has advised the two leaders at the National Social Security Fund(NSSF) to bury the hatchet and move forward.

The Fund’s Deputy Managing Director Geraldine Ssali dragged and Richard Byarugaba the Managing Director to court for alleged unfair suspension, while the latter accuses her of insubordination.

Now Owere has expressed disappointment with the duo after Ssali filed fresh charges in which she accuses the NSSF of disrespecting a court order directing her reinstatement in office.

He advises both the managing director and his deputy to concentrate on building the fund rather than engage in endless wrangling.
