Former Agriculture Minister Hope Mwesigye says the time for change is now and Ugandans should resound the call for change at all levels of leadership.
Speaking after she was nominated for the Kabale Woman Parliamentary seat, Mwesigye said the NRM had achieved a lot but democracy has to take shape through change of leaders.
She called upon all peace loving Ugandans to vote for change and achieve development.
Ms. Hope Mwesigye a sister to Presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi’s wife Jacqueline Mbabazi broke away from the NRM citing the failure by government to give Ugandans the much desired peaceful transfer of power at presidential level.
