The Katiriko of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga has added voice to those condemning the Kasese clashes, urging the central government to handle the situation with maximum respect.

Speaking during the Buganda Lukiiko , Mayiga said there is need for negotiations to establish the source of the clashes.

Meanwhile Katikkiro has asked for more protection for the muslim clerics specifically The Titular head of Islam Prince Kasim Nakibinge.

He has asked government to carry out thorough investigations and bring to book all those behind the murders of the muslim clerics.

This following killing of yet another Sheik Mohamed Kiggundu on Saturday Morning.
