The Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) party flag bearer for Omoro county Oscar Kizza has petitioned Gulu High Court challenging the nomination of NRM’s Andrew Ojok Oulanyah over discrepancies in his names.

Kizza accuses Ojok of attaching onto his nomination forms academic documents in the names of Ojok Andrew O yet he was nominated as Ojok Andrew Oulanyah.

According to Kizza, Ojok Andrew Oulanyah and Ojok Andrew O are two different people.

This comes at a time President Yoweri Museveni who is also the national chairman of the ruling NRM party is expected in Omoro today to drum up support for Ojok, son to the former area MP and speaker of parliament, the late Jacob Oulanya as campaigns come to a close.
