This follows Forum for Democratic Change and Justice Forum announcing that they will not attend the Friday summit to be chaired by the NRM chairperson also president Yoweri Museveni.

While addressing the media in Kampala the spokesperson of the forum, Micheal Osinde, said it’s time for political parties to learn to play mature politics other than wasting time on defiance useless campaigns.

He added that citizens who are eager to see change have received several disappointments from the selfish politicians that Uganda has.

Meanwhile, Osinde said the IPOD summit is a very fertile ground for both the opposition and the ruling party to discuss pertinent issues and reach a common understanding.
