City Hall Court has issued criminal summons against Arua Municipality Member of Parliament Ibrahim Abiriga to explain why he urinated in public.

The summons has been issued by Court’s grade one magistrate Beatrice Kainza.

The said summons requires the legislator to appear in court on October 6th 2017.

Abiriga is to answer charges of being a nuisance to the public.

Prosecution states that Abiriga on September 26th 2017 at Sir Appolo Kagwa Road in Kampala, committed an offence by urinating on the wall fence of the Ministry of Finance building.
