The minister of state for Kampala Benny Namugwanya has rejuvenated the call to eliminate politicians from the affairs of running Kampala, if revenues collected from the city are to rise.

While appearing before the parliamentary committee on Presidential Affairs Namugwanya said that revenue collection in Kampala is highly politicized causing a great loss to the authority.
