Sheikh Yusuf Mutimba of Kibulli Mosque says Muslims should stay up the whole night to benefit from this night of power.

He says it is on this night that God pre-determines the destiny of every human being for a whole year.

With other odd days passed, Muslims are now left with just one night of the 29th day before Eid is celebrated early next week.
