Police judgment on Besigye’s case tomorrow.

The police disciplinary court is set to deliver its judgment on the eight police officer, who allegedly masterminded beating of Dr Col kiiza Besigye’s supporters last year.

In May last year, the accused police officers are said to have led a team that brutalized FDC supporters who had gathered on road to welcome Besigye after being granted bail on treason charges.

Speaking to media today, Denis Odongpiny, the court chairman said that they have so far received submissions from seven accused officers by Tuesday last week, leaving out Dan Tandeka who has not been around.

He said that by close of business today, all officers will have made their submission pending judgment tomorrow.

Others on the charge shit are Andrew Kaggwa, Samuele Bamuzibire, Muhumuza Patrick, Kalyango willy, Kato Sula, Muwanga Denis, and Agaba moses.
