Uganda’s Sam Timbe has made it to the shortlist of six coaches set to take over at Kenyan premier league side AFC Leopards.

Leopards are seeking to replace Belgian Ivan Minnaert who was sacked in August.

However Timbe faces competition from former Sofapaka and Azam coach Stewart Hall who has emerged as a serious contender in the last couple of days.

The team is currently ranked 11th out of the 16 teams   in the Kenya Premier League with only four matches remaining.
