St Michael High Sonde Head Master Arrested Over Student Death

Police in Mukono has arrested the head teacher of St Michael High school Sonde over the student stabbed by a colleague in the school dormitory.

Richard Mpaka is charged with negligence after Laul Nyok Akuela south Sudanese student 22 stabbed a fellow student Brian Rukundo to death.
