of issuing a false cheque.

Katoto through his lawyers of Twesigye, Oyipo and company advocates is seeking recovery of 660million shillings and damages for breach of agreement between the two.

It is alleged that on August 7th 2013 Nsereko borrowed Sh.660million from Katoto payable within 60 days and he pledged different Cheques for Equity Bank and two land titles in the names of Swaibu Sentongo and Jamadah Musisi as guarantors.

Katoto adds that upon presentation of the Cheques they were rejected by the bank, saying that the said account had been closed.

Commercial Court registrar Thaddeus Opiseni has given Nsereko fifteen days within which to defend himself on the allegations.
