The Police in Kabaale have impounded a car loaded with ten stolen goats.

The vehicle registration, No UAG 630D has goats dressed in female attire to hoodwink the traffic police on the road.

The police spokesman, for Kigezi Elly Maate says the driver of the car told police that he was hired by a group of men who had collected the goats from different homes in Rugarama Sub County, Ntungamo district.

He said he had been paid to transport the goats to Kabale town.

Maate says the police are currently hunting for the associates of these suspected thieves in Kabale town.
