He however has not been produced, but prison officials led by Sergeant Bonney Okello instead produced a medical report showing Kazinda could not appear because he is stressed.

The judge has now summoned one Dr. Kakoraki of Murchison Bay prison hospital who made the medical report to appear in court tomorrow at 9am and explain why Kazinda has not appeared.

Meanwhile Kazinda’s lawyers led by Mcdusman Kabega have asked gov’t to avail him the exhibits to prepare his defense.

The state Attorney Jane Francis Abodo has promised to provide the said exhibits by close of business today.

Kazinda is charged with forgery, abuse of office and unlawful possession of government documents.

Prosecution alleges that between 2011 and 2012, the accused was found in possession of gov’t documents which included cash withdrawal authorization forms belonging to the office of the prime minister.

He is also said to have forged computer generated letters that he presented to the director banking at the central bank purporting that they had been signed by the Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana.

Bigirimana who is among the witnesses that were expected to testify before the Anti -Corruption court has also appeared this morning to give his testimony.
