According to Matembe, the current generation has gone astray with people clothing carelessly and anyhow whether in offices, churches among other p0lace due to moral decadency.

She however notes that enforcing a dress code will not help to regain the ethical values among the public hence the ministry should have first dealt with regaining the moral values among the citizens.

She also notes that the directive affects women more than their counter parts based on the guidelines arguing the ministry to work hand in hand with the ethics and integrity to regain decency in Ugandans.
