The Director physical planning KCCA Moses Atwine says that in their project dubbed “Detailed neighborhood planning” they will not allow construction of a one level structure in the city hence they have to re-plan the city into a modernized city.

He says that they are going to start with four areas of Makerere, Nakasero, Nakawa and Mulago as being the most affected areas with prime land where all investors are shifting too hence if not preplanned will put presure on the available resources land.

He says that after pre-planning for the above four areas, they are going to do the same across the whole city to ensure that all buildings in the city have many levels
