Otafire Doubts Middle Income Status Dream

The Justice and Constitutional Affairs minister Kahinda Otafire has expressed reservations about Uganda attaining a middle income status by 2020.

Speaking at the launch of the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Mbale regional office, Otafire said it is impossible with the current poor attitude of Ugandans towards work.
