UPDF solider fined 80,000 Uganda Shillings for misconduct
A UPDF soldier has been fined 80,000shillings in default of five weeks imprisonment for being involved in the city stealing.
41years Francis Safari has been charged before City Hall Court grade one magistrate Moses Nabende and pleaded guilty to the offence.
It’s alleged that Safari between January and May 2015 at Kisenyi in Kampala Central Division did engage in disorderly behavior by violently pulling passengers and pedestrians and grabbing their property in Kisenyi Tax Park.
The magistrate also warned him and he promised not to do it again.
