Court cancels Bad Black’s bail, throws out her appeal
Court has cancelled bail granted to socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa popularly known as Bad Black.
The court of appeal registrar, Erias Kisauzi has instead issued a warrant of arrest against her through the Ugandan police ad Interpol.
Kisawuzi says that Bad Black has failed to respect the bail terms including appearing before the registrar.
She is also faulted on substituting one of her Sureties Halima Namakula with her father Nassir Jombwe without court’s permission.
Kisawuzi says that the appeal filed by Bad black cannot also take off after her lawyers failed to turn up on several occasions.
She has now been ordered to serve the 4 years in prison as ordered by court earlier and her appeal thrown out.
Bad Black recently traveled to Dubai for an operation to remove breast implants.
