Court has dismissed an application seeking to block the swearing in of the new appointed NRM executive members.
Presiding judge Stephen Kavuma ruled that the petitioner a one Benjamin Alipanga did not convince court that he would suffer irreparable damages if the swearing went on.
He however agreed that the petition raise key issues that will be determined in the main petition yet to be fixed.
Lawyer to the petitioner Fred Muwema says that all hope is not lost and will now build on the main petition.
