The newly elected Forum for Democratic change presidential flag bearer, Dr. Kizza Besigye is expected to return nomination forms to the Democratic Alliance today.
Besigye will become the second aspirant to return presidential nomination forms as the Alliance seeks to front a joint candidate for the 2016 presidential race.
He is expected to hand over the forms to Bishop Zac Niringiye who is one of the eminent members of the Alliance at the TDA offices in Naguru.
The deadline for returning the forms is September 10th, after which the candidate selection committee will go for a retreat and announce a flag bearer, thereafter.
