Last year one Wesley Tusingwire filed a petition before the Constitutional Court challenging the legality of the anti graft court.

Addressing a news conference today, the Uganda Debt Network Programs Director Julius Kapwepwe said this setback has raised questions about doubt the court’s credibility.
