COVID 19 vaccines expected to arrive this Friday

Speaking at the Kololo ceremonial grounds, this morning, President Museveni has blamed the failure of the previous youth programs on poor delivery mechanisms, saying that the lessons learnt from those bad experiences will help in improving the new program.

This is a youth entrepreneurial support program that will see many youths empowered in various ways.

The government spokesman Ofwono Opondo says that under the program, the government will stand as surety for the youth to access income generating facilities like commercial vehicles, equipment, agricultural tools and others.
