Police arrests four over the drowning of Kibuule’s twins

Police have arrested four suspects all workers of the state minister of water Ronald Kibuule over the death of his twins.

The 2 year old twins named Ramon Kato and Raiding Waswa drowned in a swimming pool at the minister’s home in Mbalala, Mukono last evening.

The police spokesperson for Kampala metropolitan Area Patrick Onyango has identified the suspects as; 32 year old ScoviaNalubwama and 23 year old peace Nankunda both house maids, 33 year old Lawrence Kabaya a shamba boy and Agripa Kumanya a security officer.

Onyango says the four who are helping with investigations are to be charged under the reckless and negligent Act.
