Dr warren Naamara fronted for AU Job
Uganda has fronted Dr Warren Naamara, to vie for the post of commissioner social affairs for African union commission.
According the programe, this position is expected to be filled in the forthcoming AU summit scheduled for January 2017 in Adids-Ababa.
Dr Warren is currently serving as the UNAID country director for Tanzania, with 25 years’ experience as a qualified public health physician.
According to the Simon Ajuka the head of Africa union Department in ministry of internal affairs, Uganda is fully confident that Dr Warren is the right person to take that post and all necessary arrangement are underway to kick start his campaigns.
He is set to face tough competition from other candidates fronted by Sudan, Zimbabwe, Siera leon,Burundi, and ,Malawi.
