The Chairman of the Uganda national examinations board Fagil Mande has resigned
Mande says the conditions at the examinations board are not convenient for him to do his work.
He also says that his powers had been usurped by the president who went on to extend the term of the board secretary without his consent.
This comes a day after the president extended Mathew Bukenya’s stay at UNEB
In a letter to the minister of education Jessica Alupo ,the president said that Bukenya should continue serving until a substantive secretary is recruited
