Gen Tumwine eulogizes Oketa

Gen Elly Tumwine has expressed shock at the death of one of their own Maj Gen Oketa.

Oketa who has been the deputy coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation died last night at Kadic hospital in Kampala.

Speaking to Kfm Gen Tumwine said his loss was a great blow to the UPDF and the country at large.

He however encourages fellow military officers to soldier on and work to positively contribute to development of the country.
