Military court operations have been suspended after the instrument expired.
The trials of cases before the General Court Martial at Makindye have been suspended until the appointment of the new team.
The suspension of the operations at the Makindye based military court follows the expiry of the one year tenure of the court members led by Brig Moses Ddiba Sentongo.
President Museveni appointed Brig Ssentongo as chairman of the GCM on June 6, 2013 replacing Brig Fred Tolit.
