In a bid to attract investors in remote parts of the country, the government plans to revive district investment committees.
The Uganda Investment Authority investment climate report of the 3rd quarter indicates that the central region continues to receive the highest number of investors and job opportunities.
The authority’s Executive Director Frank Ssebowa says the district investment committee will profile investments and inform government on the projects that need funding.
