ADF commander Jamil Mukulu set to appear before court today

admin | May 25, 2015

The High Court in Dar-es Salam Tanzania is today set to hear the case against ADF commander Jamil Mukulu.

Mukulu, who is wanted by both the Uganda and DR Congo governments for crimes against humanity, was arrested in Tanzania last month and his extradition process has since been initiated.

According to the police spokesperson Fred Enanga, Mukulu is today expected to submit his counter affidavit before the court makes a decision on his extradition on Wednesday this week.

Enanga adds that Uganda Police has also submitted extradition papers for one Omar Abdul Muluuta and Muhamed Matovu Ssebadduka who were arrested together with Mukulu.
