Barcelona sign Jasper Cillessen from Ajax at £12m

Jasper Cillessen has become Barcelona’s fifth summer signing after putting pen to paper on a five-year contract at the Nou Camp.

The goalkeeper has joined from Ajax for £12million and will compete for the No 1 spot with Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who is currently sidelined with a knee injury.

Cillessen completed his medical at the Spanish giants on Thursday morning and Barca have included a £51m release clause in his contract.
