Besigye on extravagancy

Former FDC Presidential candidate rtd Col Dr Kizza Besigye has warned government other state institutions against extravagancy.

Besigye says that following highlights of heavy expenditure of public funds by parliament, local councils have started mimicking lavish life styles.

Using an example of Kabarole district Besigye says that other districts will soon follow and thus leave service demands of the country to selfish politicians.

This he says must be defied.
