Bishop Fred Sheldon Mwesigwa – “Love for money is affecting evangelism”.

Love for money has been cited as the major challenge affecting evangelism in the country

Speaking during the public lecture on 21st Century Challenges for Evangelicals in Kampala, the Bishop of Ankola Dioses Fred Sheldon Mwesigwa says materialism has continues to affect church in this error since most preachers have more love for money than the word of God.

He asserts that the word of God has been distorted easily at the alter all in the name for yielding money from believers

He thus says that this affected the church in a manner people have started shunning churches because men of God ask them money before praying for them, something that should be put to an end
