Bridge International Schools to remain under lock and key.

With over thousands of pupils stranded after the closure of Bridge International Schools, government maintains that the schools will remain under lock and key.

Citing poor sanitation as well as noncompliance to best practices within the country’s school curriculum, government sued the school and last month court ordered that all its 63 academies be shut down locking almost 12,000 pupils out of school.

In a telephone interview with K-FM, the State Minister in Charge of Primary education Rosemary Seninde says parents should instead look for other schools.

The decision implies that pupils will have to repeat classes on joining other schools next year.
