City Traders Fined for Breaking KCCA Seals

City traders have been charged and fined 40,000 shillings in default of 40 days imprisonment for breaking KCCA seals.

Joshua Katamba and nine others charged before city hall Court Moses Nabende who sentenced them after pleading guilty to the offence.

Prosecution states that all on 21^st July 2015 at Zaina Textile Center-Cooper complex in Kampala did break KCCA seals without permission from Kampala Capital City Authority.

But they all paid the fine and court set them free.
