Interpreters Needed in Refuge Health Centers

The lack of interpreters in public health facilities has greatly limited access to health services to refugees in Uganda.

Many refugees complain that whenever they go to health facilities they are required to be conversant with either English or Luganda to access any health services.

Elias Natalina a refugee from South Sudan says this has forced many of her colleagues resort to self-medication yet it is dangerous to their lives.
