Jennifer Musisi speaks out on the divisions in authority.

David Kugonza | October 26, 2016

The Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority Jennifer Musisi has blamed the stalled development of the city on divisions among leaders.

Musisi says the lack of cooperation among the city leaders is costing the country in terms of development and will have a direct impact on the efforts to achieve the Middle Income Status.

She adds that there is no way the country can achieve the middle income status by 2020 if street vendors are still operating freely and boda-bodas continue to create disorder in the city.

She thus calls for total cooperation among all the leaders, warning them against politicking.
