Moroto S4 Art Students Complaining

Student of Moroto high school offering fine Arts subjects have complained over unclear instructions in the examination paper

Students allege that instructions on how to arrange the items were not completed and the was examinations paper were not clear

Fr. John Bosco Kutegana, the head teacher of Moroto high school confirmed the instruction from the fine art examination was not clear.

He says it took the fine art teacher several minutes trying to arrange the items on how they should be, adding that if the teacher misfires then it will cause a very big problem to the students who could have passed the subject well.

Meanwhile, when contacted on the telephone, spokesperson of Uganda examination board Hamis Kaheru said he was not aware of the above.
