Police warns demonstrating students.

Police has vowed to keep off any Makerere student who may attempt to cause commotion at this institution amidst is closure.

This comes at the time when several students have been arrested while attempting to demonstrate near Makerere, while Student leaders from public universities are also demanding to meet President Yoweri Museveni over the same issue.

Now According to the police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi, security will remain tight in and around Makerere, until government reverses its stand on Makerere closure.

He explained that student must be patient to wait for government, and who ever tries to behave otherwise, risk arrest.
