Voting for youth representatives starts today

Voting for youth representatives is underway in three regions of Uganda.

The regions where voting is taking place include western Uganda in Kabalore, Northern region in Guluand Masaka district central region.

The Electoral Commission spokesperson, Jotham Talemwa says voting will not take place in Eastern region as there are some issues they are addressing.

He has not given details regarding the issues to be addressed, although he adds that voting will close at 4pm and winners will be announced soon after.
